Some items may need to be grouped together in order to obtain an opening bid

A Buyer's Premium is in effect on all sales

Lots will be tagged in with Lot Numbers.  Individual Item numbers will be on your receipt

We post pictures on the internet Thursday afternoons.

All unsold items will need to be picked up prior to payment and prior to the end of the week.  If your lot remainder is not picked up by Thursday, you will be charged a disposal fee based on the size of your lot remainder

Payments are mailed out on the first business day following the sale.

Commission Rates are listed below.

30% for items selling for less than $10.00

25% for items selling between $10.01 and $50.00

15% for items selling between $50.01 and $100.00

10% for anything over $100.00

There is a 13% Buyer's Premium in affect with a 3% discount for your good check or cash.  Maine Sales Tax does apply unless you have a valid resale certificate on file.

All items are sold as is where is with no warranty, implied or otherwise.  With the exception of absentee bids, once you are the winning bidder for an item, you are responsible for that item.

Our auctions are held on Mondays during the day. We are happy to take your absentee bids either over the phone or via email.  They will be bid competitively for you.

Absentee bids phoned in will be accepted up until the item is put up for sale.  Email bids will not be accepted on the day of the sale.  Please call for details on a particular item or with any questions.

Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees and insurance if applicable.

Purchase will be shipped once funds have cleared the bank.
